I am a dating, relationship, and self-worth coach based in Austin, Texas, on a mission to help people build better relationships, starting with the one they have with themselves.
After experiencing a series of difficult relationships throughout my life, I discovered I had the power to break free from my unhealthy patterns and limiting mindsets, and heal from the pain of my past to create healthier relationships. The most important relationship I was able to heal was the one I had with myself.
By working with my own relationship coach and diving deep into healing techniques like shadow work, meditation, journaling, and much more, I transformed my life. Today, I’m happy to share that I’m not only in a healthy relationship, but I feel whole and healed within myself, first and foremost..
I also host the “Wildly Capable with Kate” podcast, made for those looking to unleash their wildest capabilities. In each episode, listeners will dig deep, turn inwards, and embark on a transformative journey. I guide my audience through how to break free from unhealthy patterns, rip through self-limiting beliefs, heal past wounds, and build unwavering self-worth, all to create healthier relationships as a result.
I am NLP and Life Coach certified and work with people from around the world to help them build better relationships. To learn more, follow me on Instagram and TikTok at @coachkatedurocher and listen to “Wildly Capable” on all major podcast streaming sites.
