I work and offer coaching sessions during normal work hours, 9 am - 6 pm CST.
Kate works with women from around the world to help them build better relationships, starting with the one they have with themselves.
Depending on her current client load, Kate will need between 1-1.5 weeks to prepare your personalized program.
Kate is fully virtual and only offers in-person sessions on a need-be basis.

During a one-on-one coaching call with Kate, you can expect a personalized and supportive experience tailored to you specific needs and goals.
1. Initial Assessment: The calls will begin with an assessment of your current situation, needs, struggles and goals.
2. Goal Setting: Together with Kate, you will establish clear and achievable goals for your coaching program. Kate will help you come up with the most beautiful goals for yourself and hold you to achieving them.
3. Personalized Guidance: Based on your needs and goals, Kate will provide personalized guidance, advice, and strategies to help you overcome obstacles, heal from the past and work towards your goals.
4. Exploration and Reflection: Through open-ended questions and reflective exercises, Kate will encourage you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to relationships. This process will help Kate gain insights, uncover underlying beliefs, and identify areas for growth.
5. Skill Building: Kate will also offer practical tools, techniques, and resources to help you develop essential relationship skills such as communication, boundary-setting, self-confidence, and emotional resilience.
6. Feedback and Support: Throughout the calls, Kate will provide loving, gentle, constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to help you stay motivated and on track towards your goals. Kate always creates a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your challenges and victories.
7. Action Items: After each call Kate will assign "action items" (worksheets, journal prompts, reading, challenges, etc) for you to complete between coaching sessions to further enhance your growth. These action items will be tailored by Kate to your individual needs, preferences, and circumstances.
8. Accountability: Kate will hold you accountable for taking responsibility for your growth and following through on your action items and other commitments. Regular check-ins and progress assessments will help you stay focused and motivated.
9. Empowerment: Through the entire program and after, Kate will empower you to take ownership of your relationships, healing, dating life, and self-worth. She'll encourage you to make empowered choices, and create the relationships they desire.
10. Additional Resources: Kate will provide a wide range of other resources to further promote your growth and healing.
